Subject	Smaller coolant overflow (moroso) vs. OEM cause any issues?

Message	I measured the capacity of the OEM coolant overflow up to the stained spot on the transparent plastic, where the coolant will level off inside the tank. That came out to approx ~48oz. My Moroso when topped off can hold ~28oz. When running these smaller tanks, we would purge off any overflow above the 28oz as in my Moroso example. Doesn't this cause an issue? It just seems wrong to install a smaller tank.
